Drawings are the language
of engineers

When it comes to the disclosure of an invention, our office has always attached great importance to the provision of good drawings. Starting points for patent drawings may include clearly presented models/prototypes, sketches and client drawings.

Such drawings are valuable supporting documents in disputes such as opposition or infringement proceedings as well.

In order to be able to use CAD drawings previously produced by our clients, it was decided at an early stage to use computer-aided drafting. Today, we have four qualified technical draftsmen working at CAD workstations.

We use the newest CAD/CAM-systems namely Inventor (Autodesk and LogoCAD Triga, e-Plan). We can use the following data formats: DXF, DWG, IGES, STEP, SAT (ACIS), CATIA, Autodesk Inventor Pack&go and the LogoCAD Triga Zei-Format.
